Zaid Hanna, San Jose Realtor, Selected as a Side, Inc. Coach for National Agent Network

In 2024, San Jose realtor Zaid Hanna, Founder and Broker of Real Estate 38, was selected by Side, Inc. to join its national coaching program for real estate agents.

Side, Inc. is a real estate brokerage platform that partners with top-performing agents and teams across the country, supporting more than 5,000 agents nationwide. Hanna was handpicked to teach agents how to build successful, client-care-focused real estate businesses, drawing on the same approach he's used to lead Real Estate 38 to the #1 ranking in San Jose by sold units.

Through the role, Hanna works directly with agents outside his own team, sharing the strategies behind Real Estate 38's growth, data-driven pricing, strong negotiation, and a relationship-first approach to client service. He also leads six-hour, in-person "All-Hands" training sessions in San Jose, open to agents beyond his own coaching program.
