Nini Tsai loves working joyfully with people. After earning her B.A. in International Business and Marketing from Concordia University in Canada, Nini, who was born in Taiwan, moved to San Jose in 2000 to work in the tech industry. However, her interest in home buying kept drawing her into real estate. After being a homeowner for many years, Nini bought her first investment property in 2014, which sparked her enthusiasm for the industry. Shortly afterward, she followed her passion and became an agent.

What motivates Nini is the satisfaction of helping families find the perfect homes in which to create lifelong memories. As a homeowner and investor herself, she knows how to help people from all backgrounds. Multilingual in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Cantonese, and functionally-lingual in French, Nini can cater to a wide variety of domestic and international clients. But no matter what language she’s speaking, Nini’s goal is to ensure every client is heard, helped, and understood.

Nini prides herself on being respectful, responsible, and dependable, as well as open-minded, optimistic, and compassionate through every transaction — even when it gets stressful. Since becoming an agent, Nini has been driven to be the best and always empowers others by educating them. She also hosts a financial radio program that delivers high-level industry knowledge and guidance to her listeners.
